• Master’s or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in data science and data engineering roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
• Proficiency in data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning techniques.
• Strong knowledge of big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Expertise in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL.
• Proven experience with data pipeline management and ETL processes.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
• Experience in managing and mentoring a team of software engineers and data science professionals.

• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in data science and engineering to implement cutting-edge solutions.
